Mark Vyvoda
Chief Executive Officer
Mark started at MAC Industrial in 2015. Mark leads the company operations and strategy while working with the management team to increase efficiency and grow all aspects of the business. Since his start, he has developed three new business units, improved revenue and increased net profit. Mark’s background is in engineering & construction management. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Construction Management Technology from Purdue University. Mark seeks to create value for clients while also making an impact in the communities MAC serves. Mark enjoys golfing in his spare time and one interesting fact about Mark is that he was born in London, England. Three words that Mark used to describe his career in this fiend are “solution-oriented approach.” Mark would give a younger person starting in this fiend the advice of “following your gut.” The best asset that Mark brings to the MAC team is his financial prowess that constantly keeps MAC Industrial on the lookout for future expansion.
Lucas Ricketts
Chief Operating Officer
Lucas and his company merged with MAC in 2022. Lucas brought with him a team of industry experts including operations, sales and administrative talent. Since Lucas has taken the role of COO, MAC has grown at a rapid rate, and its employee base has expanded. Lucas has a proven track record of delivering results through team-oriented leadership, operational excellence and environmental health and safety. Lucas has held leadership positions in Industrial Manufacturing and in the Industrial Cleaning industry for over a decade. Lucas holds Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Southern Seminary, Associate’s degree in Business Management from Oakland City University and an Associates of Applied Science in General Occupational/Technical Studies from Bluegrass Community College. Lucas’s vision is to take the MAC Company platform into a national arena, across many business sectors. In his spare time, Lucas enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing and spending time with his family. The best advice Lucas would give to anyone just starting in the field of industrial cleaning and services is that it is all about reliability.
Dustin Choate
Director of Human Resources
Dustin joined the Mac team in 2023 as a Director of Human Resources. Dustin came into the field with over 15 years of industrial/supervisory experience and five years of administrative experience. Dustin comes with a solution focused, team-oriented leadership approach. Dustin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. In his time off work, Dustin enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, shooting pool, and playing softball. The best advice Dustin would give to anyone just starting in the field of Industrial Cleaning is to be responsible, reliable, and accountable. The most valuable assets that Dustin brings to the team are his flexibility, his willingness and his attention to detail.
Mike Meyer
Director of Operations
Mike spent eight years in the Navy and has 15 years of experience as a Tech, Crew Lead, Field Supervisor, Project Manager, Account Manager. Mike has been the Director of Operations for MAC Industrial Services since 2022. The best skills Mike brings to the company are adaptability and that he is a people person. He enjoys watching football and his favorite team is the San Francisco 49ers. He also likes watching NASCAR and his favorite driver is Chase Elliott. Three words that Mike would use to describe Industrial Cleaning Services are exciting, interesting, and ever-changing. Mike would tell anyone that is just starting out in this field that this is a great career, but you must be willing to hang in there.
Allen Masterson
Director of Sales
Allen was born in Southern Kentucky and joined the MAC team in 2022 as the Director of Sales. Allen has over two decades of experience in operational leadership, sales involvement & administrative implementation in his scope of experience. Allen has eight years of Industrial Cleaning specific experience. Allen comes with an impeccable record of delivering positive results through hard work, collaboration, enthusiasm, and resilience. Three words that Allen would use to describe his career are “Comeback versus Setback.” The beneficial assets that Allen brings to the team are his problem-solving ability, his capacity to motivate others and his capability to connect with customers. One piece of advice that Allen would give anyone who was starting out a career in industrial cleaning is “find the right fit, the team that supports you and has your back through thick and thin.” In his spare time, Allen enjoys spending time with family, watching his sons play sports and lifting weights.
Adam Payne
Director of Safety
Adam was born in Southern Indiana. Adam started at MAC Industrial in 2022 as the Director of Safety and leads the company operations with safety and training. He has 15 years in the field of Industrial Cleaning as a Manager in Training, Account Manager, Operations Trainer, Safety Manager and Branch Manager. Adam served seven year in the United States Army and has received a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Management from University of Evansville. Adam’s favorite things to do in spare time are hiking and brewing beer. An interesting fact about Adam is that he wants to be Indiana Jones when he grows up. The biggest assets that Adam brings to the team are leadership, teamwork and slapstick humor. The best advice that Adam would give to someone just starting in the field is to “listen with your ears.”
Joni Watzlavik
Director of Finance
Joni is from Southern Indiana and started at MAC Industrial in 2022 as the Director of Finance She leads the company's financial operations with knowledge, time management, organization, and proficiency in accounting. Joni enjoys spending time with family and watching her children play softball. Joni has over 10 years’ experience in the arena of financial management that she brings to the industrial cleaning industry. An interesting fact about Joni is that her favorite vacation spot is anywhere out of the country with a beach.
Danny Choate
Plant Manager
Danny joined the MAC team in 2023 and is our Plant Manager for our in-house hydroblasting. Danny is a Marine Corp Veteran and a Southn Illinois resident. Danny has 30 years of leadership, maintenance and general industry experience and has held titles from Technician, Operator, Supervisor, and Mechanic. Danny supports the team with his loyalty, commitment, and his passion for learning how to make things work. In Danny's spare time, he enjoys shooting pool, throwing darts, watching softball and spending time with his family. Three words that Danny would use to describe Industrial Cleaning are interesting, flexible, and intense. Danny would tell anyone that was just starting out in this field to pay attention to details and safety rules are there for a reason
Rick Scherer
Hydroblasting Operations Manager
Rick joined the MAC team in 2023. Rick lives in Southn Indiana. Rick has 13 years of Industrial Cleaning experience and has held titles from Technician, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Environmental Specialist, Account Manager, and Operations Manager. Rick supports the team with his commitment, willingness to be a team player, trustworthiness, and his ability to lead by example. He enjoys watching football, grilling out and spending time with his family. Rick has been a member of the fire department in various counties and roles for the last 18 years. Three words that Rick would use to describe Industrial Cleaning are competitive, capricious, and precarious. Rick would tell anyone that was just starting out in his field to be a sponge and absorb all the knowledge that you can when you are new.
Kaleb Carter

Chad Carter
Procurement Manager
Chad is from Southern Indiana. Chad started at MAC Industrial in 2023 as the Supply Chain Manager and leads the departments’ operations with experience field guidance. Chad has over a decade of experience in the field of operations and supply management. Chad enjoys singing karaoke and spending time with family. Chad’s piece of advice he would give to a younger generation starting in this line of work would be to not get overwhelmed because you can only eat an elephant one bite at a time. The top three assets that Chad brings to the team is organization, management and dedication.
